Following up on the Q3 quote

Preheader: Free-form email from a sales rep to a customer (or any recipient). Body comes from the rep verbatim; the rep's signature is appended server-side. Subject is whatever the rep typed. When opts.relatedRecords.entityId is set on the send call, NS auto-creates a Message record on the customer so the email shows up in their activity history.
